Shipping policy

At ANAIRA STUDIOS, we deliver orders to serviceable addresses across India. We currently ship within India only.

1. Order Processing and Dispatch
Standard, customized, and made-to-order products are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from delivery transit time.

2. Delivery Time
Standard domestic delivery generally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate; delivery may take longer depending on location, courier service, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on all products shipped to serviceable addresses within India. No shipping fee is charged at checkout for standard delivery. If an order is returned to origin because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or repeated delivery attempts, re-shipping and handling charges may apply if you request another dispatch.

4. Tracking and Receiving
A tracking number may be provided by email or WhatsApp after dispatch. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active or update. Please monitor tracking and ensure someone is available to receive the package.

5. Damage, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery if your package arrives damaged or the product is defective, incorrect, or missing. We may request clear photos or a continuous unboxing video showing the shipping label, package, packaging, and product condition to review the claim.

6. Delivered or Stolen Parcels
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the courier promptly and contact us for assistance.
